Grapevine, Texas -- SEA LIFE Grapevine is searching for DFW's very first Mini Marine Biologist and inviting young ocean-lovers to dive in! Kids can enter this first-ever contest now through April 19 by submitting a 100-word essay with why they love the oceans along with a creative drawing of an imaginary sea creature. The Aquarium hopes this inspires the next generation to grow its love and care for the ocean.

The winner of SEA LIFE Grapevine's 2026 Mini Marine Biologist and their family will receive the unique opportunity to go on a private behind-the-scenes tour with a SEA LIFE Aquarist along with Annual Passes for SEA LIFE Grapevine so they can discover their favorite sea creatures all year long. The Aquarium will also help share their love for the ocean and conservation message throughout the year.
