Carrollton, Texas -- The McKinney Boyd Broncos were victorious in a Region I, Division 2 bi-district playoff game with Denton Guyer,  46-37.

The game was held at Newman Smith High School competition gym, Tuesday evening, February 24, 2026.

The teams were all knotted up at 11-11 after the opening period, but the Broncos had a five-point lead at halftime and slowly pulled away for a nine-point win.
