Seeking sponsors, vendors, workshop presenters and entertainers for April 18 event

"We're building another excellent lineup of educational opportunities and community engagement for 2026," said Amy Hoffman-Shehan, Texoma Earth Day coordinator. "We're looking for partners who share our commitment to environmental education and can help make this year's event both informative and inspiring."
The festival welcomes vendors and nonprofit organizations focused on environmental education, sustainable practices and community wellness. Workshop presenters are encouraged to propose hands-on educational sessions covering topics such as conservation, recycling innovation, sustainable gardening, renewable energy and environmental stewardship. Local musicians, performers and artists interested in providing entertainment should contact festival organizers for performance opportunities.
Sponsors at various levels receive recognition and visibility throughout the event and promotional materials. Early registration discounts are available through March 1, with final registration remaining open through April 8.
New Online Gallery: Call for Art, Images, Music, and Writing
In addition to traditional festival participation, the Earth Day team has launched a Texoma Earth Day Online Gallery. Texoma residents are invited to share their environmental perspectives through creative expression. The digital gallery is now accepting submissions at michellehaynes.com/texoma-earth-day-gallery. It features four categories: Our Words (poetry, stories, essays and articles), Our Sounds (music and recordings), Our Lens (photography and video), and Our Art (visual and mixed media). Submissions will be reviewed and published on a rolling basis leading up to the April 18 event.
"This gallery creates opportunities for community members of all ages to engage with environmental themes in meaningful ways," added Hoffman-Shehan. "Whether you're contributing as a vendor, workshop presenter, performer, local business, or resident, we want to hear your voice."
