Patriotism and creativity took center stage as students nationwide competed in WoodmenLife’s ninth annual ‘America Is…’ Video Contest. This year’s contest shattered records with 74 imaginative entries and more than 9,000 votes cast by supporters across the country. From heartfelt tributes to bold storytelling, these videos reveal how the next generation defines what America means; and their passion proves that patriotism is thriving in schools everywhere.

Educators and students from elementary to high school eagerly embraced the challenge to capture patriotism in just 30 to 60 seconds. Their mission?
