Prosper, Texas -- A record-setting season that saw the Leonard Lady Tigers rack up 34 victories came to an end with a three set loss to the Boyd Lady Yellowjackets in the area round.

The first set was a nail-biter with Boyd holding on for a three-point win, 25-22. The Lady Yellowjackets rode that momentum to wins of 25-12 and 25-13 to win the match.

Leah Stoy paced the Leonard attack with 11 kills, Bella Neaville had six kills, Avery Ross, Madison Jones and Riley Brown all put down a pair of kills, with Ava Flowers and Olivia Aylor finishing with one kill apiece.

Flowers handed out 23 assists to her Lady Tiger hitters and got under seven digs. Aylor had a team-high nine digs.

Emma Houser had one ace and five digs.

"I am beyond proud of this team and all they have accomplished this year!" remarked Leonard head coach Lindsay Giles. "We had a phenomenal season."
