Get ready for a shopping adventure! The Red River Hwy 82/287 Yard Sale is happening Friday, October 3, and Saturday, October 4, 2025!

What's happening

Make plans now to travel through the Red River Valley region for this sale! You'll discover a mix of fun and interesting places along the way, from heritage homes and historic downtowns to art, antiques, and cultural sites.

Here in Bonham, Texas, and throughout Fannin County, you'll find:

A COMMUNITY WIDE YARD SALE all throughout the county Friday & Saturday.
STOREWIDE & SIDEWALK SALES by downtown Bonham merchants Friday & Saturday
SHOP VENDORS at the Autumn in Bonham Festival on Saturday, October 4.

How it works

Participating towns will have maps available guiding shoppers to all the special sales. Some communities will centralize their yard sales, while others will have them spread out to showcase their downtown merchants or flea markets. Please note: Sales are not set up along the highways unless it is a private residence or business participating.
