The Ector Lady Eagles battled hard against Abbott on Monday night, taking the first set before ultimately falling in four (25-23, 17-25, 22-25, 14-25).

Adalynn Dederick led the team with an all-around performance, tallying 3 aces, 6 kills, 19 assists, and 21 digs. Alana Mackey powered the offense with 12 kills, 4 aces, 7 digs, and 11 assists. Ally Harris added 3 kills, 4 aces, and 12 digs to the effort.

Defensively, Audrey anchored the back row with an impressive 30 digs, while Lydia contributed 4 kills, 1 assist, and 7 digs. Aleea chipped in 8 kills and 3 digs, and Odette added 3 kills. Rounding out the stat line, Ella Lamance provided 8 digs and 1 kill.

Despite a strong opening set win, the Lady Eagles showed resilience and determination throughout the night, pushing Abbott in close second and third sets.
