WoodmenLife is proud to announce the opening of its annual ‘America Is…’ Video Contest, inviting students across the country to showcase their patriotism and creativity. From now through October 30, students in grades K-12 are encouraged to submit original 30- to 60-second videos that express what America means to them.
This annual contest celebrates the spirit of the red, white, and blue through the eyes of our youth. It also offers a chance for students to win cash prizes and national recognition for their schools.
Two divisions will be judged:
- Grades K–8
- Grades 9–12
Prizes for each division include:
- Grand Prize: $2,500
- Second Place: $1,500
- Third Place: $1,000
In addition to the cash awards, each Grand Prize winner will receive a commemorative 'America Is…' Video Contest Award to be presented and displayed at their school.
Key Dates:
- Submission Deadline: October 30
- Public Voting Period: November 3–7
- Winners Announced: November 13
