Leonard, Texas (September 6, 2025) -- Volunteers with Southern Baptists of Texas Convention Disaster Relief (SBTC Disaster Relief) are helping residents following wind damage Friday night in North Texas.

Chainsaw crews are in Leonard according to SBTC DR Director Scottie Stice.

"There are trees on houses and trees down all over the community," Stice said. "We are caring for our neighbors and are here to serve."

SBTC DR volunteers will help in other areas of North Texas where help is needed.
