Fannin County, Texas -- The 2025 Fannin County Youth Photography Show will be a 100% digital show. All entries should be submitted by email to fannnincountyfairphotography@gmail.com
This contest is open to any youth living in or going to school in Fannin County up to age 18. There are three age divisions, CHILDREN (Grade 3 and under); middle school (Grades 4-8); and high school (Grades 9-12).
Participants may enter one photo per category.
Submission Deadline: SEPTEMBER 26, 2025
ONE EMAIL per participant should be submitted with all photo submissions. Please do not send multiple emails with photo submissions for the same participant.

Submit photos as an attachment to email in JPEG or PNG format only and file named by photo category.
Email subject line should include Exhibitors Name and Age Division (ex: Jane Doe- Junior)
Body of email should include school district (if applicable) and grade level
Every photo entered should be original photographic work of the entered participant.
Any photos deemed inappropriate for public display will be disqualified.
Display: Photos will be displayed digitally inside the building at the Fair at a Photography Contest booth near the main stage area.
Pick Up: Ribbons may be picked up at the booth Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between 5:30-6:30. Ribbons may be picked up at the Extension Office at 2505 N. Center Street in Bonham until October 18.
Judging: Photos will be judged digitally prior to the County Fair, by experienced, volunteer judges. Best of Show and Honorable Mention ribbons will be awards along with Participation Ribbons for all participants.

Photo Submission Categories
Animals Domestic: Photos focused on the various animals that have been tamed and made fit for the human environment. Examples: dogs, cats, chickens, cows, horses, etc.
Animals Wildlife: Photos focused on animals not tamed or domesticated and typically found in the wilderness or bodies of water. Ex: insects; butterflies, snakes, fish, birds, small and large wildlife, etc.
Natural World: Photos depict scenes such as mountains, bodies of water, sunsets, forests, landscapes; crop fields, plants, flowers, bushes, trees, etc.
Black and White: Photos of any subject matter in Black and White.
Catch -All: photos that do not fit in other categories. Ex: Food, cars, carnival rides, people, architecture, etc.
