Bonham, Texas -- The Bonham Fire Department is honored to invite the community to a Fire Engine Push-In Ceremony on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Station 2, 2509 North Center Street, Bonham, TX 75418.

This time-honored tradition dates back to the 1800s, when horse-drawn fire apparatus had to be manually pushed into the station after each call. Today, the ceremony symbolizes the dedication of our new Engine 2 into service.

We welcome you to join us as we honor our past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future of the Bonham Fire Department and the City of Bonham.

Engine 2 will replace the apparatus dedicated on June 14, 2011, continuing a proud tradition of service and progress for our community.
