With the financial assistance approved today through the WLAF, the city will replace approximately 60,000 feet of water distribution lines and develop an asset management plan.
The city could save approximately $1,371,510 over the life of financing and $11,865,000 in grant funding.

The TWDB administers cost-effective financial assistance programs for the construction of water supply, wastewater treatment, flood mitigation, and agricultural water conservation projects.
