Leonard, Texas -- The Leonard Lady Tigers swept the Sam Rayburn Lady Rebels as Leonard moved to 5-0 to start the season.

Leonard dominated all three sets, winning 25-13, 25-11 and 25-4.

Leah Stoy knocked down 12 kills to lead the Lady Tigers, Bella Neaville finished with five kills, Avery Ross put down four kills, Riley Brown  had three kills, with Ava Flowers and Madison Jones each contributing a pair of kills. Cara Barlagne had one kill.

Flowers slipped 10 aces through the Sam Rayburn defense and directed the Leonard offense with 26 assists.

Olivia Aylor finished with four aces and three digs.

Emma Houser also had three digs.

Stoy, Jones and Ross all had one block apiece.

The Lady Tigers will head east on Saturday for bracket competition in the Detroit Volleyball Tournament. On Tuesday, August 19, Leonard will travel to Miller Grove.
