Fannin County, Texas --  Fall is just around the corner and it is time to start making plans for the 2025 Fannin County Fair Parade. This year's theme is "Make it Grand!" The Fannin County Fair Parade is set for Monday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m. in downtown Bonham. The parade will go around the courthouse and then proceed north down Center Street to 9th Street.

This year we are trying something new to help people get registered. People can go to the Fannin County Fair website https://www.fannincountyfair.net/ and click on the green 2025 FAIR words.  The drop-down menu has all the parade information.

Everyone is welcome to come and be part of the parade at no cost, but if you want to enter the float cost there is a small charge to be eligible for the cash prizes.  One can register online, or if they prefer to make a paper copy of the registration form to turn in at the Fannin County AgriLife Extension Office 2505 N. Center Bonham, TX.

If someone is entering the float contest they even have the option to pay online, or copy the registration form and turn in with a check (contest entry fee) at the address provided.

All parade entries are due by Tuesday, September 30 at 3:30 p.m.
