Paris, Texas -- The Dodd City Lady Hornets opened the 2025 season with a three-set win over TCA Paris.
Dodd City took the first set, 25-15, and followed up with a 25-17 win in the second set. The Lady Hornets earned a sweep with a 25-20 victory in the third set.
Dodd City senior Addison Weeks put down a match-high 13 kills.
Sophomore Gracyn Shindler handed out nine assists.
