SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. Establish Quorum;

2. Public Comment;

3. Discussion and possible action to approve minutes from July 15, 2025 Regular meeting;

4. Discussion regarding On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF) and phosphorus output;

5. Discussion regarding changes to Section 5.01, On-Site Sewage Facilities of the Lake Ralph Hall Zoning Regulations;

6. Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation to Commissioners Court to approve or
deny the Master Water and Wastewater Plan for Lake Ralph Hall as a supplement to the Lake Ralph Hall Comprehensive Plan (LRHCP), Chapter 4;

7. Discussion and possible action regarding any additional changes, modifications or requests that
relate to Lake Ralph Hall Zoning;

8. Discussion and action to set a hearing on September 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. to hear comments regarding changes to Section 5.01, On-Site Sewage Facilities, of the Lake Ralph Hall Zoning Regulations and set the regular LRHZC meeting at 5:45 p.m.;

9. Adjourn Public Meeting.
