He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elsie Marie Catlett Hulstine; son, Allen Hulstine Jr. (Susan); daughter, Sandra Hambleton (Ray); grandchildren, Aidan and Madilyn Hulstine, and DJ Graybill (Carly); brothers, John and Aaron Hulstine.

Allen was preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Letisha, and stepmother Trannie Hulstine; siblings, Art Hulstine, Jean Nichols, Mary Anderson, and Sharon Siegel.

A private family ceremony will be held in Kingston, OK. Memorials may be made in his name to Cancer Research.
