Addison, Texas – Addison Oktoberfest, which puts a purely Texan twist on a traditional Oktoberfest celebration, will bring approximately 50,000 fans together over four days to revel in German culture, food, music and bier.
The best way to get the most out of your Addison Oktoberfest experience is to book a Hotelpaket and stay for the weekend. Hotelpakets start at $82 and include quality lodging in Addison, two single-day general admission tickets to the festival, two souvenir pins and two commemorative .5L steins (while supplies last).
“While Oktoberfest fans travel from across the country to attend Addison Oktoberfest, North Texas fans are also encouraged to make a Bavarian weekend of their Oktoberfest experience by booking a staycation in one of Addison’s seven participating hotels,” said Amber Patterson, tourism manager for the Town of Addison.

Additional hotels are expected to host Oktoberfest package rates and will be posted at addisonoktoberfest.com/about/hotelpaket as they are added. Guests must request an Addison Oktoberfest hotel voucher upon check-in, then present the voucher at the event to receive package items (while supplies last). All items must be picked up by 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
On Thursday, Sept. 18, general admission is free for all visitors. That night, Host & Prost Corporate Night will take over the Partyhalle. Companies are encouraged to purchase tables for their team, clients or tribe for an incredible evening of singing, dancing and games.
On Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20, admission is $15 for ages 13+, $5 ages 6-12, and free for kids 5 and younger.
On Sunday, Sept. 21, admission is $10 for ages 13+ and free for kids 12 and younger. On Sunday Hund-Day, dogs of all breeds also get free admission! (Dogs are not permitted in the park Thursday through Saturday). Single-day general admission tickets are now on sale at addisonoktoberfest.com.
Guests who want to up their Partyhalle experience can purchase tables on the Partyhalle Deck on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday, tables come with admission for eight guests, along with a commemorative .5L stein, one Paulaner bier, and a commemorative lapel pin for each guest. Throughout the weekend, tables come with access to a private bar.

What: Addison Oktoberfest
As one of the country’s oldest and most beloved Oktoberfest celebrations, Addison Oktoberfest features four days of family-oriented entertainment. German entertainers in authentic costumes perform traditional Bavarian folk dances, oompah music, sing-a-longs, yodels and more. A special “Oktoberfest” Paulaner Bier is served along with several types of German sausage, schnitzel, sauerkraut, strudel, giant pretzels and more. There are interactive games, dachshund races and children’s entertainment. Wear your lederhosen or dirndls for even more fun!
