Denison, Texas -- The Denison Genealogical Society will meet Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Frontier Village, Loy Lake Park (South Loy Lake Road Exit on U.S. 75).
Join us for an exciting afternoon of genealogy and history!
Featured speaker
Ted Wilson will present a discussion of the genealogy from his various family lines of Major David Wilson out of North Carolina, and the Titsworth family from Fannin County, Texas in the 1850s.
In addition Ted will show patriots from the War of 1812 in Pilots Grove, Texas and discuss the book Murder and Mayhem (The War of Reconstruction in Texas) by Larry Peacock.
