SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Establish Quorum;
2. Hear comments regarding a waiver of Section 4.2.5b.c., Construction Plans, and Section 5.4.1, Drainage Requirements of the Fannin County Subdivision Regulations for 19 lots at The Ranch of Bois d’Arc, Property ID #s 99317, 83803 and 128549;
3. Hear comments regarding changing and adding verbiage to Section 3.1, Exceptions to Platting, of the Fannin County Subdivision Regulations: requiring a notarized affidavit of exception to platting requirements;
4. Hear comments regarding a change to Article III, Section 3.1 of the Fannin County Subdivision Bylaws: replace District Attorney with County Civil Attorney;
5. Adjourn.
