THE BONHAM CITY COUNCIL WILL BE MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULAR MEETING

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

 

Call to Order

 

1.         Consider and take action to approve minutes of the March 13^th regular meeting.

 

2.         Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending March 31, 2023.                            

 

3.         Citizens Opportunity to Speak:  [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the City Council from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.]

 

4.         Proclamation – Children month American Legion

 

5.         Present Proclamation for National 911 Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.

 

6.         Consider and take action to rename Field #2 of the Larry Shockley Athletic Complex as the Ronnie Partridge Field #2.

 

7.         Consider and take action to approve contract for Election Services between the Fannin County Clerk and the City of Bonham for the May 6, 2023 election.

 

8.         Consider and take action to amend Section II paragraph 4 of the Inter-Local Contract for Emergency Medical Services between the City of Bonham, Texas and Fannin County, Texas

            in regards to non-emergency medical transportation.

 

9.         Consider and take action on the City’s participation in the Opioid Settlement as set forth in the Subdivision Participation and Release Forms with Walgreens Settlement, Walmart Settlement, Allergan Settlement, and CVS Settlement.

 

10.       Consider and take action to approve a Specific Use Permit / Zoning Change located at 1107 Pine St (ID# 92175) from Single Family Residential to Duplex.

 

11.       Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance amending Ordinance 1393 providing for a fee schedule for solid waste collection services inside the city and at Lake Bonham. 

 

12.       Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance providing rules of conduct for Council meetings and providing rules for citizen communication during City Council meetings.
