REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Call to Order

1.   Consider and take action to approve minutes of the February 13^th regular meeting.

2.   Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending February 28, 2023.                            

3.   Citizens Opportunity to Speak:  [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the City Council from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.]

4.   Presentation of plaque to Employee of the Quarter.

5.   Special presentation of plaque by the Salvation Army.

6.   Discussion regarding rules and procedures during public decorum.

7.         Consider and take action to ratify the approval of a Performance Agreement between The Depackaging Company LLC and BEDCO, whose Board of Directors approved a loan of $100, 000 at 5.35% to the LLC and a grant of $50,000 at Certificate of Occupancy.

8.         Consider and take action to ratify the Bonham Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors action to enter into a Performance Agreement by and between BEDCo and Noble Bonham, LLC.
