TMC has acquired Northeast Medical Center Home Health (NEMC) and began operating as TMC Home Health-Bonham on September 1, 2020. TMC Home Health provides customized care in the comfort of your own home through a seamless continuation of care with a wide range of services. Our team of trusted nurses and therapists work closely with patients, families and physicians to ensure the continuity of our patient’s recovery and well-being.
