Central 

Arcadia: July 16. Elevation normal, water 87 and clearing. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits around points. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows near standing timber. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, minnows and worms in creek channels and on rocky points. Report submitted by Mark Murray, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.

Draper: July 16. Elevation above average, water 88 and stained. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around points and shallows. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around docks and brush piles. Blue catfish fair on cut bait around points and riprap. Report submitted by Chad Strang, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.

Hefner: July 14. Elevation normal, water 87 and clear. White bass good on in-line spinnerbaits and sassy shad around creek channels and spillway. Channel and blue catfish slow on chicken liver, grasshoppers, shrimp, and worms around channels, coves, and main lake. Redear sunfish good on crickets, lipless baits and worms around creek channels and shorelines. Report submitted by Tim Campbell, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.

Overholser: July 16. Elevation normal, water 88 and stained. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on sassy shad and blade baits around the main lake. Blue and channel catfish fair in tailwaters on cut bait. Report submitted by Mark Murray, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.

Thunderbird: July 15. Elevation normal, water 88 and stained. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and topwater around flats and points. Crappie excellent on hair jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Channel and blue catfish good on chicken liver, shrimp and worms around channels, coves, and main lake. Wes Watkins: July 15. Elevation normal, water muddy and mid-80s. Channel and blue catfish slow on punch bait, shrimp and worms around points, riprap and shorelines. Largemouth bass slow on buzz baits around brush structure. Crappie slow on jigs and minnows around brush structure and creek channels. Northeast 

Bell Cow: July 14. Elevation normal, water 89 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on plastics around rocks, shorelines and weed beds. Crappie slow on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Carl Blackwell: July 15. Elevation normal, water 85 and murky. Crappie fair on minnows, tube jigs, and worms around the crappie dock. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, punch bait, stinkbait, and worms around creek channels, shallows, standing timber and tailwater. Chandler: July 14. Elevation normal, water 90 and murky. Largemouth bass slow on plastics and spinnerbaits around shorelines. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: July 13. Elevation 18 ft. above average, water 70s and clear. Channel, blue, and flathead catfish good on shad and worms below the dam and in tailwater. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, minnows, PowerBait and worms around flooded shorelines. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Ft Gibson: July 16. Elevation above average, water 80 and murky. White bass, blue catfish, channel catfish, and paddlefish good below the dam. Catfish are being caught on cut shad. On the lake, white bass and largemouth bass fishing is good in the mornings and late in the evening. Trolling spinners and crankbaits is working for white bass. Topwater lures are also working for white bass. Largemouth are being caught with Texas rigged plastics, crankbaits, and topwater lures around cover. Some anglers are having success running juglines for catfish near main lake points and along the river channel. The high water continues to pose a significant boating hazard. Boating is not recommended unless operators have an above average familiarity with the lake. Most boat ramps, parks, and other access locations are still closed due to high water. Greenleaf: July 14. Elevation normal, water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rig, bill baits, buzz baits, flukes, jerk bait, lipless baits, plastics, rogues, spinnerbaits, spoons and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, dam, inlet, points, riprap, rocks, shallows, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. Channel and blue catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish cut bait, live bait, live shad, punch bait, shad, shrimp, stinkbait and worms around channels, coves, creek channels, flats, inlet, main lake, points, riprap, shallows and shorelines. Crappie good on plastics and tube jigs around brush structure, coves, creek channels, points, shorelines and standing timber. Hulah: July 13. Elevation 22 ft. above average, water 70s and clearing. Channel, blue and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, live shad, shad, sunfish and worms below the dam and around tailwater. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Kaw: July 16. Elevation 20 ft. above normal, water 80s and muddy. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass slow on jigs, rogues, sassy shad, shad and topwater lures below the dam. Flathead, blue and channel catfish good on crawfish, cut bait, live bait, live shad, sunfish and worms below the dam, along riprap, rocks and shorelines. Crappie and walleye fair on minnows and jigs below the dam, along riprap and rocks. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Keystone: July 11. Elevation above average, water muddy. Blue catfish fair on cut bait below the dam. Flathead catfish good noodling around rocks. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois River: July 12. Elevation above average, water 65 and clear. Rainbow trout fair on in-line spinnerbaits, nymphs and PowerBait below the dam, around discharge, rocks and eddies. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Oologah: July 14. Elevation 15 ft. above average and slowly falling, water 72 and muddy. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around flats, below the dam and on juglines. Some campgrounds and boat ramps are still closed. Contact the Corp office @ (918) 442-2250 for specific closures. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.

Skiatook: July 14. Elevation above average, water clear and in the 80s. Blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, stinkbait, and worms around shorelines and flooded vegetation. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and bridge pillars. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on live shad and spoons around main lake and points. As of 2 pm on July 13 the only boat ramp that is open is the Blackdog boat ramp. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Sooner: July 15. Elevation normal, water murky. Striped bass hybrids slow on live shad and slabs around main lake. White bass fair on crankbaits around coves. Blue catfish fair on cut bait around the main lake. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Tenkiller: July 14. Elevation 19 ft. above normal and dropping about 1/2 ft. per day, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on jigs, plastics, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, points, riprap, shallows, shorelines and standing timber. Blue catfish good on crawfish, cut bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, shad, shrimp, on limb lines and on juglines along shoreline, river channel, main lake, riprap, and rocks. Fishing activity has picked up now that the draw down has slowed. Boating access is still limited so check availability and safety before attempting to launch. Webbers Falls: July 14. Elevation above average, water 86 and muddy. Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, flukes, plastics, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around coves and creek channels. Channel, blue, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, live shad, minnows, punch bait, shad, shrimp, snagging, stinkbait and sunfish below the dam, and around creek channels, spillway and tailwater. Webber Falls continues to be in flood stage. Boaters should use extreme caution navigating the waters. Some boat ramps are still closed. Contact the Corp. of Engineers for open parks and boat ramp as this can change due to ongoing repairs and damage assessment. Northwest

Canton: July 13. Elevation above average, water clear. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut bait, shad and shrimp below the dam and around riprap. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County.

 Foss: July 15. Elevation 1/2 ft. above average with gates open, water upper 70s and clear. Blue catfish fair on cut bait and on juglines around the main lake. Striped bass hybrids and white bass slow on live bait and have been surfacing in early morning hours near dam. Crappie slow on jigs and worms. Walleye slow to fair on worms. Bow fishing for gar in shallow water good. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House. 

Ft. Supply: July 15. Elevation above average, water murky. Channel catfish slow on cut bait and stinkbait below the dam and around the main lake. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger, game warden stationed in Woodward County.  

Southeast  

Arbuckle: July 15. Elevation normal, water 85 and stained to clear. Largemouth bass fair on topwater lures and creature baits around the main lake and early morning hours. Smallmouth bass fair on topwater lures in yellow magic. Crappie fishing slow around docks and fair on jigs and minnows at 14-20 ft. around brush piles. White bass are scattered but can be good if you find them. Report submitted by Jack Melton.   

Broken Bow: July 12. Elevation normal, water 83. Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on plastics around brush structure, points, and standing timber. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

Eufaula: July 12. Elevation dropping, water 79. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around the main lake and river mouth. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass good on plastics, sassy shad, slabs and spoons below the dam. Report submitted by Jake Bersche, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.

Hugo: July 12. Elevation above average, water 82 and murky. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait, shad and sunfish below the dam, around creek channels, main lake, river channel, river mouth and shorelines. Crappie good on jigs and minnows below the dam, around brush structure, channels, main lake, river channel and standing timber. Konawa: July 11. Elevation normal, water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastics and topwater lures around main lake, points, river channel and weed beds. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait and stinkbait around coves, inlet and riprap. Report submitted by Garret Harley, game warden stationed in Seminole County. 

Lower Mountain Fork: July 12. Stocked approximately 950 rainbow trout on July 10. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary at the Southeast Region Office. 

Lower Mountain Fork: July 12. Elevation normal, water clear. Rainbow trout excellent on caddis flies, small lures, tube jigs and worms below the dam, and around creek channels, rocks and spillway. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

McGee Creek: July 12. Elevation normal, water 81 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on Alabama rigs, buzz baits, plastics, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, rocks, shallows and shorelines. Channel and flathead catfish good on crawfish, goldfish, live bait, punch bait, shrimp, sunfish and worms around channels, coves and main lake. White bass fair on spinnerbaits and spoons around the main lake. Report submitted by Jim Gillham, game warden stationed in Atoka County. 

Murray: July 16. Elevation above normal, water 93 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, lipless baits, plastic baits, small lures and tube jigs around brush structure, in coves, discharge and rocks. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, cut bait and dough bait along channels, in coves and creek channels. Report submitted by Jaylen Flynn, game warden stationed in Carter County. 

Pine Creek: July 12. Elevation above average, water clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits around road beds and humps. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure and creek channels. Channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait below the dam. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

Robert S. Kerr: July 12. Elevation normal, water murky. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rig, jerk bait, lipless baits, spinnerbaits, tube jigs and worms around coves, points and riprap. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait and sunfish around flats, inlet and river mouth. Sardis: July 15. Elevation above average, water 89. Largemouth and striped bass fair on buzz baits, jigs, plastics, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, points, rocks, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, shad, and sunfish around channels, flats, main lake and shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, points and standing timber. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County. 

Texoma: July 12. Elevation normal, water 82 and clear. Striped bass good on live bait, live shad, shad, slabs and topwater lures below and around the dam, flats and main lake. Crappie fair on jigs, live bait, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure and docks.

Shawn had good day fishing at Texoma with his grandpa.

Blue catfish fair on cut bait and shad below and around the dam, flats, and main lake. Striped bass are being caught using multiple techniques which include slabbing, live bait and topwater lures. Best times to use topwater lures will be early mornings and late evenings. Use live bait and slabs when surface feeding not present. Lots of blue cats being caught with cut bait or live bait when drifting the flats with baits suspended just off bottom. The larger concentrations of striped bass will be located near the Denison Dam. Wister: July 12. Elevation above average, water clear. Largemouth and spotted bass good on bill baits, buzz baits, crankbaits, plastics, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, channels, coves, points and shorelines. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, hot dogs, punch bait, shrimp, stinkbait and worms below the dam, around channels, flats and main lake. Crappie good on jigs and minnows below the dam, and around brush structure, channels and standing timber. Report submitted by Thomas Gillham, Game warden stationed in LeFlore County. 

Southwest 

Altus-Lugert: July 14. Elevation normal, water 78 and clear. Blue and channel catfish good on minnows and worms below the dam. White bass, crappie and walleye good on bill baits, crankbaits, jigs, and minnows below the dam, around main lake and rocks. Report submitted by Brandon Lehrman, game warden stationed in Greer County. 

Ft Cobb: July 16. Elevation normal, water 80s and clear. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut bait and stinkbait around channels and main lake. Saugeye fair on jigs around flats and main lake. Report submitted by Brayden Hicks, game warden stationed in Caddo County. 

Waurika: July 12. Elevation normal, water mid-80s and murky. Crappie good on minnows and tube jigs around docks and rocks. Channel and blue catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait and punch bait around channels, dam and main lake. Walleye and saugeye fair on crankbaits and live bait around the dam.
