Greenville, Texas -- Join the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum for the 13th Annual Heritage Dinner on August 25 at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center featuring the Sound Control Band as the entertainment!  This local group includes Pete Penland, Chris Siebenhausen, Jesse Salazar, Duncan Thomas, Mary Duncan and Wes Hableutzel.  The band was formed in 2012 and covers hit songs from the 1950s through today!  They focus on pop, light rock, R&B and a bit of country. It is going to be a fun evening with some great tunes!

A wonderful dinner being catered by Cup and Saucer will begin at 7:00 p.m. with hors d’ oeuvres being served at 6:30 p.m.  You also definitely won’t want to miss the opportunity to bid on a select number of unique items and services in the Silent Auction!  Some of the items will include dinner to Webb Hill, a rental of the Texan Theater, beautiful glassware, a dinner and boat ride for 8, tea tickets to the Dallas Arboretum, a beautiful quilt that was made by Barbi Weaver and a margarita machine just to name a few!  Tickets to the dinner cost $50 each or $350 for a table of eight.  Deadline to purchase tickets is August 23 and tickets are going fast!  For additional information contact the Museum at (903) 450-4502.
