Denison -- In District 5-5A competition Tuesday night in Denison, the hometown Lady Jackets got the win in the girls game, while the visiting Sherman Bearcats pulled out a victory in the boys game.

The Denison girls beat Sherman, 77-44.

The Sherman boys came out on top, 93-87.
