Teaching opportunities available in various departments at community college
IRVING, Texas North Lake College (NLC) will host a job fair for part-time faculty on Saturday, February 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the fourth floor of the G-building at the Central Campus. Qualified candidates are needed to teach courses in the following areas:
Art Appreciation
Speech Communication
Video Technology
English/Developmental English
History
Government
Criminal Justice
Physics
Math/Developmental Math
Construction Technology
Construction Management
Surveying
Electrical Technology and Electrical Construction
Basic minimal requirements for all positions, with the exception of the video technology, criminal justice and construction positions, include a masters degree and 18 graduate hours in the discipline the candidate is applying for. Some positions may require commuting and teaching at multiple NLC campuses.
Attendees should bring multiple copies of resumes and transcripts. No on-site copying available.
