Ector -- The Ector Lady Eagles shut out the Roxton Lady Lions in the first quarter and again in the third period to post a 53-point victory.
Ector led 18-0 after the first quarter and 29-12 at halftime. The Lady Eagles started the second half with a 30-0 run and went on to pick up a 69-16 win.
Ector's Destiny Whitburn finished with 25 points to lead all scorers and Riley Evans was also in double figures with 10 points.
Sunnie Bingham put up eight points, Mary Salazar scored seven and Carly Jones had five points.
Meredith Shockley, Stormy Shockley and Montana Johnson all finished with four points apiece and Savannah Harper had two points.
For Roxton, K. Dillard dropped in eight points, M. Glover and C. Duke both threw in three points and S. Adams scored two points.
The Ector Eagles are 8-2 and play Thursday in the Sulphur Bluff Tournament vs. Paris Home School and Sulphur Bluff.
