NORTHEAST
 
Kaw: December 29. Elevation 4 ft. above normal, water stained. Crappie good at 20 ft. along riprap and bridge pilings. Report submitted by Larry Green, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Lower Illinois: December 27. Elevation normal, water 55 and clear. Trout slow. Due to high water levels at Tenkiller Lake, the dam has been releasing large amounts of water. Stocking has been paused until water levels return to normal. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Wes Glinsmann holds a 4.7-pound rainbow trout he caught Dec. 16 at Dolese Youth Park Pond in Oklahoma City.

 
SOUTHEAST
 
Arbuckle: December 27. Elevation above normal and rising, water 50 and muddy. Largemouth bass slow  on crankbaits, spoons, jigs and Carolina rigged lizards, off main lake points and creek channels. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Blue River: December 27. Elevation above normal, water 40 and murky. Trout slow on PowerBait along shoreline. Due to flooding, fishing is slow. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.
 
Eufaula: December 27. Elevation 3 ft. above normal and rising. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits at 5-20 ft. around points. White bass fair on jigs at 5-10 ft. below the dam. Blue catfish good on live shad and cut bait at 5-20 ft. along flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-20 ft. along riprap and docks. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County. 

Konawa: December 29. Elevation normal, water 47 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, sassy shad, and spoons at 6-12 ft. around points, the discharge and creek channels. Channel catfish slow on cut bait, worms, stinkbait and hot dogs at 8-14 ft. along discharge, channels and points. White bass fair on crankbaits, sassy shad, jigs and worms at 8-14 ft. around points near discharge. Report submitted by Tyler Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
 
Robert S. Kerr: December 27. Elevation above normal and rising, water muddy. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 15 ft. around standing timber and creek channels. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, crankbaits, slow rolling bladed spinnerbaits and bright colored rattling crankbaits at 4 ft. along creek channels. Blue and channel catfish excellent on shad at 6 ft. along creek channels and at the mouths of Little and Big Sans Bois Creek where the water is flowing quickly. Report submitted by J.D. Stauffer, game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Texoma: December 27. Elevation above normal, water 52 and clear in the south and murky in the north. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on plastic baits, jigs and crankbaits at 5-15 ft. around brush structure, points and riprap. Striped and white bass fair on live shad, and sassy shad at 10-20 ft. below the dam, along river channels and coves. Channel and blue catfish fair on minnows, worms, ghost minnows and stinkbait at 5-20 ft. below the dam, riprap and active cleaning stations. Crappie, sunfish and white bass fair on minnows, small lures and tube jigs at 5-15 ft. around docks, riprap and brush piles. Paddlefish fair snagging at 10-15 ft. below the dam.  Best when dam is generating. Report submitted by Danny Clubb, game warden stationed in Bryan County.
 
SOUTHWEST
 
Foss: December 29. Elevation 6 ft. below normal, water low 40s and clear. Striped bass hybrids good on slabs. Walleye fair on live bait. Catfish fair. Sand bass fair. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B&K Bait House.
 
Waurika: December 14. Elevation normal, water 60. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, stinkbait and shrimp around points and shorelines. Report submitted by Chris Stover, game warden stationed in Stephens County.
