Watters Creek to host Dallas Moms Blog: Moms Night Out on Sept. 16

Allen, TX -- Does Mom need a break? Here is a date that needs to find its way onto her calendar: Sept. 16, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., as the Dallas Moms Blog hosts DFW Moms Night Out at Watters Creek.

An evening of pampering and fun starts for Mom when she arrives at the beautiful, resort-style setting of Watters Creek and enjoys complimentary valet. She will then kick off the fun on The Green at Watters Creek, where she will be met with appetizers and drinks from restaurants at Watters Creek, great swag bags and other fun moms to meet. There will be activities including a fashion show from Willa Boutique highlighting the latest styles, a fun photo booth, beauty demonstrations and giveaways.

Mom can do some shopping and -- because she's a gal with heart! -- she will love that everything she buys at Watters Creek from Tuesday, Sept. 16, through Friday, Sept. 19, will help someone in need, as Watters Creek will donate 10 percent of her total purchase to the event beneficiary, Heroes for Children (she just needs to show her receipts to the Watters Creek Concierge).

Heroes for Children advocates for and provides financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22 yrs of age) battling cancer, with a vision that no family with a child battling cancer will fight alone. For 10 years, Heroes for Children has helped alleviate families' worries, giving them comfort and a brief respite from the everyday challenges of cancer-fighting and care-giving.

After all that fashionable fun, Mom and her fellow moms can enjoy happy hour specials at Savour Social Club & Tasting Room.

Food, drinks, fellow fun gals, prizes, and shopping for a good cause -- what more could a mom want?

Tickets for this special event are $10 before Aug. 22 and $15 after, and can be purchased online. Tickets are limited. Registrants will receive a VIP Passport the night before the event which will be their ticket into Moms Night Out. The VIP Passport can also be shown to retailers throughout the week to receive discounts and to provide donations for the event beneficiary.
