Mineral Rights and Pipeline Negotiations

The North Texas area is a hot bed for new pipelines and gas and oil reclamation and development. The local Extension office has received numerous call concerning property owner rights and those needing guidance in negotiating mineral rights and pipeline easements. There has also been many concerned about their property rights when they don’t own the mineral rights.

Tiffany Dowell, a Texas A&M Ag Law Specialist, will be stopping in Grayson County to provide you with valuable negotiating information and explain laws impacting property owners’ rights. An opportunity like this doesn’t often come around, so please join us for this very informative program.
