During the regular Commissioners Court Meeting on Monday April 28, the commissioners approved and County Judge Spanky Carter signed a Proclamation from Fannin County for the citizens of Fannin County declaring every month of May to be MCS Awareness Month in Fannin County starting this May. The county urges all citizens to learn about MCS and to support information sharing efforts of this subject.

MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) is caused by environmental and/or medical chemical overloading. Many of today’s diseases are not really diseases but rather symptom packages labeled as disease that can actually be traced to their basis cause being from chemical overloading of some type. In 1998, the current Mrs. North Texas International 2014, Chantal Carey, was pesticide poisoned and finally correctly diagnosed in October 2001 with only 2 weeks left to live. She has survived but now lives with MCS. From that experience she is on a mission to inform the populace of measures to prevent or recover from chemical overloading in your own life. Her educational and informative project GREEN MIND <> GREEN BODY can currently be found at ww.facebook.com/MCSAwarenessProject . Chantal is available to speak for free on this subject for your group or organization. As funding permits Chantal will be developing educational and entertaining formats and events to disseminate this much needed information globally. Learn what you can do to protect your life and the lives of the ones you love.
