McKinney -- Historic downtown McKinney was alive Sunday with the sights, sounds and savory food of Cinco de Mayo as Bien Salsa hosted a  Street Festival.

Folklorico dancers swirled on the stage and mariachi music filled the air as guests sampled fine fare from Bien Salsa while they enjoyed the entertainment.

Bien Salsa has a unique concept of striving to serve authentic signature dishes from different regions of Mexico.

One block of Virginia Street was closed to traffic for the street festival that also included an impressive demonstration of Raku pottery by Steve Macias.
