The doors open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday April 12 for the annual spring fundraiser Books ’n’ Blooms Bazaar at the Library.  The library board of directors is putting the finishing touches on a number of Easter and spring craft and yard items.  This talented group of ladies gets out their power tools and makes one of a kind yard art from reclaimed and recycled materials.

Mosaic step stones are always a hit with our patrons and there will be plenty in a variety of shapes to choose from.  They have also painted and dyed Easter eggs, real and wooden in this year’s bright hot colors.

Not only are the directors good with a paint brush, they can also bake!  There will be lots of cakes, pies, bars and breads just in time for Easter.

There can’t be a books and blooms bazaar without books and blooms.  Many boxes of used books have been donated for the book sale.  There will be flats of begonias and potted plants at the sale.

Last but not least there will be a number of items on the white elephant sale table all priced to sell.
