Bonham -- Anne Genung has a unique approach to her art using a great mix of talent, skill and humor in her pieces known as "the Willies." What began as a student project has grown into a genre of its own. Anne has used fine art icons such as the Mona Lisa and super hero icons such as Batman and Robin - and all have the screened-print face of country music icon Willie Nelson, who owns several of Anne's iconic collages. This wonderful exhibit of the Willies and Anne's abstract paintings is guaranteed to beguile and amuse.

Come meet Anne and see the exhibit at one or both of our openings: Friday, March 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 8, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Refreshments will be served and admission is free. Sponsored by Granny Lou's Bed & Breakfast, owner/proprietor Jenniffer Self is a long-time friend of Anne Genung, and we are grateful to her for bringing us this wonderful exhibition.
