Denison -- CJ's Coffee Café in downtown Denison will continue its Sounds of Summer concert series Friday evening by hosting two bands, Three River Jazz and Sun City.

According to the band's Facebook page, Three River Jazz is a combo out of Durant, Oklahoma playing everything from jazz standards to songs of today, but always giving it that jazz flair.

The band consists of Chris Dickson (Tenor Sax), Tristan Eggener (Piano), Steven Emge (Bass), Tony Tiger (Drums) and vocalist Victoria Cook.

Three River Jazz is scheduled to begin at approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 7.

The second band, Sun City, is a hard-driving quartet of Christian rockers that occasionally slow things down for a ballad such as "My King." Sun City hails from Brownwood Texas.
