DALLAS, Texas (May 7, 2013) –The Ronald McDonald Houses of Dallas and Fort Worth are collaborating on a fundraiser called “Share the Love” on Friday, May 17. They are asking businesses, organizations, groups and individuals to purchase a “Share the Love” t-shirt for $15, and wear the shirts onMay 17 to show their support for these Ronald McDonald Houses.

Jill Cumnock, CEO of Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, said, “Families who stay at the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas are asked to contribute $15 a night toward the cost of their stay. However, families who are unable to pay are never turned away. When you or your company or group purchases a “Share the Love” t-shirt for $15, you are providing a night’s stay for a family with a sick or injured child.”

Cumnock added, “On May 17, be sure to share photos of yourself and/or your group when you wear your shirts via social media through isharethelove.org.”

Ronald McDonald House of Dallas staff Danna Flemons, Diane Fullingim and Carrie Arnot wear their "Share the Love" shirts and encourage you to buy yours to support the families who stay there.
