Donna (Allen) Burns came into this world on March 12, 1963 and went to be with the Lord on February 18, 2013. While on this earth she enjoyed life to the fullest; Donna was a hardworking and loving mother, daughter, and friend. She was employed by Schlumbeger and Wal-Mart in Bonham, Texas.

She leaves behind a loving mother- Joan Baker of Bonham, TX; father- Larry (Ducky) Allen of Farmersville, TX; brother- Stephen Allen of Nevada, TX; son- Brandon Burns of Bonham, TX; daughter- Neisha Atkinson of Sherman, TX; daughter-  Alyshia Burns of Bonham, TX; son-in-law- Chris Atkinson of Sherman, TX; daughter-in-law- Sheena Burns of Bonham, TX; granddaughters- Haelie and Olyvia Atkinson; grandson- Rawlee Gibson, and 1 on the way;  Aunts- Sue McDonald of Bonham, TX; Dorothy Long of Ector, TX; Betty Caldwell of Bonham, TX; and Hazel Caldwell and husband Arthur of Bonham, TX; Uncle Pete Allen and wife Pat of Allen, TX; countless friends whom she loved dearly. Apologies to anyone whom was not mentioned.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Burns, Chris Atkinson, Stephen Allen, Matt Penna, Stephen Burns, and Malcolm Crank. Honorary pallbearers will include Darrell Hall, Keith Dickey, and Mark Bennett.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
