Greenville Chamber’s Business Showcase set for Nov. 1

Greenville, Texas  —   The Greenville Chamber’s Business Showcase is set for this Thursday, November 1 at the Hunt County Fair Grounds from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. sponsored by Texas Farm Bureau Insurance.

Business Showcase will have over 60 vendors both inside and out with everything from business equipment to flowers to medical offices to financial—and the list goes on. Many of these vendors will be participating in “Tasteful Tidbits” where businesses will give away free samples of foods and desserts they have to offer from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event will have a free lunch sponsored by Alliance Bank.

The Famous Buffalo Wildthing will make an appearance at the 2012 Business Showcase; another animal guest include Ziggy the camel. The Commerce Humane Society will be doing their adopt a pet program.  Visitors can expect to see a new car show and a cash cube which gives you the chance to grab as much cash as you can. Returning from last year will be the Pancake-eating Contest sponsored by IHOP. Last year’s winner ate over 20 pancakes.

At Business Showcase there will be no shortage of chances to win prizes including up to $5000 cash from Summerwind Apartments, two tickets to the Nolan Ryan Luncheon on November 13th, and lots of other door prizes. The Chamber will have their annual Business Yard Sale and Chinese Auction this year as well.
