Time to grab your coonskin cap and head to the Sweetest Town in Texas because this is your chance to celebrate  Davy Crockett Day in the town named by the legendary frontiersman.  Davy Crockett Day is slated for October 6, 2012 at the Honey Grove Square.

The annual pancake breakfast begins bright and early at 7:00 a.m. at the historic Honey Grove City Hall.  A variety of activities, including a bike rodeo, antique tractor show and the mutt strutt, will entertain the entire family.
