The Bonham Lady Warrior volleyball team participated in pool play at the Whitesboro Invitational Thursday. The girls played three tough teams: Tom Bean, Denison and Denison JV.

The Lady Warriors came out swinging with a win against Tom Bean and Denison JV but then lost a close match to Denison to end up with a second place finish in pool play. The volleyball team will face Sherman at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in bracket play at Whitesboro High School.

The Lady Warriors will travel to Callisburg Friday.  Varsity starts at 4:30 p.m. with JV Purple and JV Black immediately following, playing in separate gyms.
