FORT WORTH – The Kimbell Art Museum presents “Wonderful Watercolors,” a children’s workshop, on Saturday, September 15, from 10 a.m. to noon. Lifting off, dropping in, and washing with color. Pick up new ideas for working with watercolors and enjoy looking at Kimbell pictures created by artists who also practiced this very fresh and spontaneous way of painting.
Designed for children ages 6 to 14, Children’s Workshops combine interactive gallery discussions and hands-on activities for children and their adult partners. The materials fee for the workshop is $15 ($12 for Kimbell members). There is no charge for adults. Maximum of three children per adult. To register, call 817-332-8451, ext. 351.
