Red River Unitarian Universalist Church will hear the Rev. Dr. Christine Tata speak on the topic "Where the Wild Things Are" at 11:15 a.m. on August 26.  Dr. Tata, an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, is Director of Policy Administration for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Tata's talk, based on Maurice Sendak's award-winning children's story, explores the idea of a "wild thing" existing in each human.  At 9:30, the Good Times Team hosts coffee and conversation in the Soul Cafe (the church kitchen).

At 10:00, Adult Forum will discuss how to deal with political differences within a UU congregation.  RRUU meets at 515 Burnett Ave. in Denison.  A nursery is provided, and all are welcome at RRUU events.  More information is at www.rruu.org.
