Melissa -- The Bonham Lady Warriors moved to 2-1 on the season with a three-game loss to the Celina Lady Cats and a five-game win over the Cumby Lady Trojans in pool play for the 2012 Collin County Spikefest.

Against Celina, Bonham gave its former district foe fits in game one before Celina claimed a 29-27 win.  The Lady Cats took game two, 25-19, and game three, 25-23, to earn the sweep.

Celina finished pool play with another three-game win, this time over Cumby.

Bonham won its first two games against Cumby, but the Lady Trojans rallied to win the next two games an pull even.  Bonham won the tiebreaker, 15-10.

Celina will host the Denison Lady Jackets Friday, while Bonham will be at Howe for a dual meet with Farmersville and Howe.

Action in the 2012 Collin County Spikefest will continue Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.
