TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT

WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM

FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE

 BONHAM, TEXAS

MONDAY, JULY 23, 2012

10:00 a.m. 

 

SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Invocation
  2. Establish Quorum
  3. Public Forum
  4. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s) – County Clerk
  5. Discussion, consideration and action to approve adding Friends of Fannin County Critters to the organizations available for donations through jury duty process - Wood
  6. Discussion, consideration and action to approve donating the Civil Defense sign, that was on the Old County Jail building, to the Fannin County Historical Museum for permanent display – Fannin County Historical Museum
  7. Consideration and action to approve purchase of new computer hard drive for Criminal District Attorney’s office and to approve being paid out of Contingency Fund, not to exceed $1,200 – Criminal District Attorney
  8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Creative Arts Center’s use of the Old Jail building located at 221 East Sam Rayburn Dr., Bonham, with possession as soon as possible – County Judge
  9. Consideration and action to approve resolution by the Commissioners Court of Fannin County, Texas calling for redemption of certain currently outstanding obligations designated as “Fannin County, Texas General Obligation Bonds, Series 1998”, directing the County Clerk, or her designee, effectuate the redemption of these obligations; and other matters in connection therewith and for County Judge to sign resolution on behalf of Fannin County.
