Once again, Kiwanis had some young folks as visitors: Judge Lauri Blake's son, Randy, and Donna McBroom's young friend, Marilyn Boggs. Dale McQueen was the adult guest.

Despite the rain, vendors reported great sales at the July Bonham Trade Days. It seems that with each trade days, more and more vendors are bringing unusual items, such as imported yard art. Kiwanis thanks all of the shoppers who come to Bonham Trade Days and make it the success it has become.

The group talked of the successful City of Bonham/Kiwanis Club of Bonham Fireworks show. They expressed their thanks for Allen Rich's beautiful pictures of the fireworks. The Kiwanis especially thanked Brookshire's whose employees took part in the show and who provided plenty of much-needed ice water. This Fireworks show is a gift to the citizens and many people come out to see this spectacular event.

The next Bonham Trade Days will be August 9-12. It is from this event that Kiwanis earns the money they are able to donate to youth groups of Bonham and Fannin County. And please don't forget, that Kiwanis counts on your support of Bonham Trade Days.
