Fort Worth, Texas - The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) will hold a luncheon Thursday, July 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at McBride's Steakhouse in Wichita Falls.
Tony Dean, district conservationist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service, will discuss the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and answer questions about how this technical and financial assistance can benefit cattle operations.
The luncheon is open to the public, and is $15 at the door. Anyone who would like to discuss and listen to what is happening in the cattle industry is welcome to attend.

TSCRA is a 135 year-old trade association and is the largest and oldest livestock organization based in Texas. TSCRA has more than 15,000 beef cattle operations, ranching families and businesses as members. These members represent approximately 50,000 individuals directly involved in ranching and beef production who manage 4 million head of cattle on 76 million acres of range and pasture land primarily in Texas and Oklahoma, but throughout the Southwest.
