Grayson and Fannin counties seeking repeat offender for probation violation and bail jumping violation

Bonham, Texas – Sherman resident Mallory Crist is wanted on warrants from two North Texas counties.  Grayson County filed a motion to revoke her probation on the woman’s January 2011 conviction of possessing a controlled substance. Fannin County’s charges are for possession of marijuana and possession of another controlled substance.

Fannin County also charged Ms. Crist with bail jumping after she missed a court appearance in the Fannin County Court at Law for the marijuana charge on May 20.  The defendant was released from the Fannin County Detention Center after her arrest by the Bonham Police Department on May 7.  A co-defendant arrested with Ms. Crist remains in the Fannin County Jail on numerous charges with bonds totaling $225,000

Ms. Crist was released from the Fannin County Detention Center May 8 on two $5,000 Fannin County surety bonds provided by Doc’s Bail Bonds.  The bonding company is assisting both counties in locating and arresting Ms. Crist.  Her criminal record in Grayson County dates back to 2004.   Those misdemeanor and felony charges included criminal trespass, possession of a dangerous drug, forgery of financial instruments, stealing or receiving a stolen check, unlawful carrying a weapon, possession of marijuana, and a 2011 conviction for possessing a controlled substance.

She was last known to reside in Pottsboro, Texas with her grandmother.  She may be staying with a friend at a Willow Street address in Sherman.  Ms. Crist is a 25 year old white female with blond hair and blue eyes.  She is 5’7” tall weighing 130 lbs.
