The City of Denison, Texas announced it’s Citizen Request Tracker (CRT ™) iPhone App to offer citizens a chance to interact with the City’s newly released website and service request module. In addition to the City’s website, citizens can now use their iPhone (and soon Android) mobile applications to report City maintenance issues such as potholes, litter, graffiti, and water issues.
The real-time request is routed straight to the City’s Citizen Request Tracker system and to the department that will handle the service request. The citizen will receive an email confirmation and is able to view the status of their request, as well as comments posted by city staff.
This Citizen Request Tracker Suite is integrated into the new website design and reduces costs while increasing efficiency.
Once you’ve accessed the app and designated Denison as your city, the app will use GPS technology to automatically pinpoint and send the exact location of concern. You can then write a description or add a photo and simply submit for service.
The City of Denion’s Citizen Request Tracker service request app is free and available to the public now. We welcome the opportunity to engage with the citizens of Denison on every level possible.
