Bowie, TX –– Legend Bank N.A. Board of Directors Chairman, Steve Hamilton, and President and CEO, Mickey Faulconer have announced the appointment of Mr. Benjamin Brosch to the Legend Bank and Legend Bancorp Board of Directors.  Mr. Brosch will replace Mr. James B. Coffield on the Board, who is stepping down in April after 25 years of honorable service to Legend Bank. 

Mr. Benjamin “Benji” Brosch is currently the Vice President of Operations at Highland Networks, LLC in Lewisville, TX.  In this position, he oversees the company’s operational business teams, financial systems, facilities management, and strategic initiatives across the network solutions spectrum.  Mr. Brosch possesses a wealth of executive level experience in finance and accounting, telecommunications, and real estate planning and development.  His past experience includes national management of a telecommunications infrastructure services company and the role of Controller for a major real estate investment and development company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Acknowledging Mr. Brosch’s appointment, Legend Bank Chairman Steve Hamilton said, “I am looking forward to Benji’s input in the Board room.  His knowledge and experience will be of great value.”  

Mr. Brosch is an alumnus of the University of North Texas where he earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a MBA with concentration in Accounting.  “With strong understanding of both Finance and Accounting coupled with his experience in operations, I feel Benji will provide the Board with a good foundation on a wide range of topics,” said Legend Bank President and CEO Mickey Faulconer. 

Mr. Brosch and his family reside in Lantana, TX.  His community involvement includes the Argyle Chamber of Commerce, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), American Red Cross, and Habitat for Humanity.
